The 2nd Annual Reentry Summit was held on September 19, 2007 in Jack Adams Hall, San Francisco State University. Photos from the day-long convening of formerly incarcerated individuals, service providers, corrections experts, and elected officials may be viewed here.
The Safe Communities Reentry Council (SCRC), a predecessor of the Reentry Council of the City & County of San Francisco, hosted a major summit on reentry in San Francisco in 2006, 2007, and 2008. Based on limited staff resources, the decision was made to not produce a Summit in 2009. The materials, photographs, and video of all prior Summits will be available here.
