Deuel Vocational Institution in Tracy has established a weekly “Multicultural Motivational Development Program,” to be held each Saturday 10:00am-12:00pm inside the institution for inmates. They are seeking motivational speakers who have personal stories of success after prison, and practical information about community based resources available to inmates upon release.
