This face-to-face TA seminar provides a comprehensive overview of the VA Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem Program including program components, purposes and eligible activities. Participants will learn about the grant application process including timing and issuance of Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs), application submission requirements, scoring and award processes.
