On January 23rd, the San Francisco Adult Probation Department released a Request for Proposals to identify a highly qualified non-profit or for-profit entity, or collaboration of such entities, that will establish and operate a Reentry Community Assessment and Service Center (CASC). The requirements of the Local Business Enterprise and Non-Discrimination in Contracting Ordinance set forth in Chapter 14B of the San Francisco Administrative Code apply to this RFP.
