Realignment Innovations Fund Coordinator position open in Alameda County The Alameda County Public Health Department (ACPHD) is seeking a Realignment Innovations Fund (RIF) Coordinator to join its Place Matters team.  Place Matters strives to improve health through local policy change in criminal justice, economics, education, housing, and land use and transportation.  Under the direction of the Project Manager, the incumbent will work to create and implement a new grant-making program, the Realignment Innovation Fund, a project of Alameda County’s Public Safety Realignment Act (AB109) program.
