I have read too many blogs the place folks have spent thousands and thousands of pesos to build sub-customary home that ends up needing expensive upkeep. In my work, I see people with their hearts and budgets damaged as they attempt to renovate or build a home. Quite often my advice comes put up-catastrophe. Back in the day, low-costing, starter flats did not have kitchens. There’d be a kitchenette along one wall or tucked in a nook of the lounge. When a person’s monetary resources improved, the person would transfer to someplace with a real, grown-up kitchen. Now, homebuyers suppose that it’s a good thing to have that Early Graduate Student look, with kitchens smack in the living space!
